Rachel married Damon Dash, the co-founder of Rock-A-Fella Records and Rocawear (both co-owned with him by Jay Z, his sometimes-friend), in 2005. They divorced in 2009. Together they have two daughters: 16-year-old Ava Dash, and 7-year-old Talulah Dash. The split was so volatile that Rachel filed a three-year restraining order for herself and the girls against Damon following the divorce.
